Customer ServiceI strive to give you the best artwear as quick as possible. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your jewelry to arrive. I will notify you of shipment date and will often provide a tracking number. Shipping is FREE (within the continental US) for orders and any repairs on items purchased from me.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it to me in its original condition, within 30 days for a full refund or exchange toward another item. Please use the contact page if you have an item you wish to return. Please include your address, phone number, name of item(s), and date of purchase in the message section.
Caring for your ARTwear
For sterling silver, you may use a special polishing cloth or solution. WARNING: Do not use a liquid solution on shells or pearls, as they will become damaged beyond repair. All metals tarnish over time--even sterling silver. You will want to clean jewelry every 3-6 months if you wear your pieces often. Natural body oils and body chemistry may effect the appearance of the metals/gemstones over time. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
